In 2005, Serenity Counseling & Consulting Service (SCCS) partnered with Kelly Consulting Service (KCS) to form Blue Ridge Counseling (BRC) in order to provide DWI Services to Yadkin and surrounding counties at an affordable price.

SCCS and KCS still operate independently as private practices out of Blue Ridge Counseling’s office in Yadkinville.
